The high performance components of the Bugatti 16.4 Veyron Pur Sang have managed to catch a lot of attention from fans, as it beautifully appears as an intricate work of automotive art. The technical beauty of the car?structure has inspired the engineers to finish it in its pure material configuration, which implies that there is no colour coating, thus resulting in a two-tone study of pure materialness which emphasizes the true components, aluminum and carbon. The engine and the passenger cell are held by the carbon monocoque and the reflections sculpted in the bodywork enhance the polished aluminum panelling. The dual character of the car is also underlined by the ... ...[Read more]

We know it is about a model that will produce 1.001 horsepower, but this is all so far. Some reports indicate that the model will be in the mid-900 range. Rumors referring to the performance of the car said that it will be able to accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in 2.9 seconds, but with this amount of power, this might be underestimation. There is no doubt the Veyron will manage to exceed any series production cars ... ...[Read more]

A true mark of innovation, the 2002 Bugatti 16/4 Veyron Preproduction, features some modifications as compared to the previous model, beginning with an extra length which increases the cabin space and a wheelbase which was extended 50 mm to 2700 mm. The engineers also developed the aerodynamics by optimizing front air inlet apertures, while the automatically extending rear spoiler keeps body lift under control. When the engine is shut off, the spoiler lifts to help warm air escape the engine bay and continously variable electro-hydraulic camshaft is operational at all times. The paddles behind the steering wheel make the gear shifts take place sequentionally.
